    Anglican Cycle of Prayer

Welcome to the website of our community of faith. We are delighted with your visit to our website and hope to see you soon at one of our services or events. Check these out on the right navigation panel.

We are a community of followers of Jesus in the tradition of the Episcopal Church. As Episcopalians we strive to be a middle way between the Catholic and Protestant traditions of Christianity. At Intercession you will be surrounded by a beautiful building but more importantly in an open and welcoming community. Our community is multicultural and worships in English and Spanish.

"The Church of the Intercession in New York City is a reconciling, affirming, and inclusive Christian community striving through worship, love, and service to welcome all people just as God created you. No matter where you are on your journey of faith, and whether you are single, married, divorced, separated, or partnered, our welcome knows no boundaries of age, race, ethnicity, culture, gender, sexual orientation, economic condition, physical or mental ability. We believe that God delights in the diversity of creation and so do we!"

We are located at 550 W 155th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave.

Closest subways are the "1" at 157 St. station or the "C" at 155th St. station.
